The Canadian Professional Sales Association founded the CPSA Sales Institute in 1994 to realize its vision that the Sales Profession be recognized and respected for the critical role it plays in business development, revenue generation and customer satisfaction. We are the only organization in Canada offering the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
